I suppose this is a fairly obvious choice for me. Funny, while reading Thea's rule I was thinking, "Oh, she's probably going to say something like 'Nobody can use 'I Am A Scientist' by Guided By Voices because it's so played out or something.' Or something like that."
Nah, this works. I *was* going to say that no one can use a song by the band We Are Scientists (unless that band actually wrote a song referencing scientists)... but this is not only acceptable, but righteous!
